  1. Services
    We will provide cleaning services as agreed in our quote/booking confirmation.
  2. Payments
    Invoicing: Payment is due as stated on the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Methods: We accept payment via direct payment links, bank transfer, cash, debit/credit card, or direct debit.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at the statutory rate and may suspend services until the balance is cleared.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling Notice Period: You may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
    Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Where access is denied or restricted due to client’s fault (e.g. not providing keys, incorrect alarm codes, or locked doors), the full service fee remains payable.

4. Client Obligations

Access: Clients must provide access to the property and provide necessary utilities (running water, electricity, and sufficient lighting).

5. Liability & Insurance

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear or improper maintenance of the premises by the client.

Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

6. Complaints

Any issues with the service must be reported within 24 hours of completion to allow us to rectify the matter.
